Cancellation policy

We know that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable, and do our best to accommodate booking changes at minimal cost to members, however, please note our official cancellation policy:

• Bookings cancelled within 3 weeks prior to course start date will incur a 50% cancellation charge
• Bookings cancelled within 2 weeks or less prior to course start dates will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
• Bookings can be made after the closing date, but the full charge will be made to the company for each place, with no opportunity for cancellation without incurring the full cost.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the training provider, please always check individual course details/flyers for up to date information.

If, for any reason beyond our control, one of the training providers cancels or postpones all or any part of a course, the Group will not be liable for any costs incurred by the client as a result of the cancellation or postponement. Where possible, a mutually agreeable date will be arranged to run or complete the course.
