Training Needs Analysis

NCTG can help you with your business training needs analysis. The Group Training Officer undertakes company visits, by arrangement, at a time and place to suit you.

It’s as simple as 1—2—3:

1. The Training Officer will come out to your company and work with you to identify and clarify your training needs. They will also advise you on the best way for you to claim your ConstructionSkills Grant—either via an annual training & development plan or on an ad hoc basis (short duration).
2. Next, the training. We will either arrange a training course specifically for members—using our ‘bulk purchasing power’ to get the best possible price—or, for more specialised or urgent requirements, we will find you a suitable course that is being run independently, and make the booking for you.
3. Finally claiming your ConstructionSkills Grant. We can help you claim the ConstructionSkills Grant, and will advise on what you can claim. Please also see Grant Info in the Useful Info section.
